Description
This 40-Year-Old Tawny Port from Graham’s is a wonderful example of this style. With a deep amber colour and a complex flavour profile including notes of dried fruits, sultanas, chocolate and toffee, it demonstrates what extended barrel-ageing can do. Notably, Graham’s is one of the few Port houses to have its own in-house cooperage in Vila Nova de Gaia. Served slightly chilled, this is an incredibly versatile food wine: pair it with a board of mature cheeses, a bowl or nuts or a rich, creamy dessert – or sip it all by itself.Berry Bros. & Rudd
